       All Entries and Fees must be received TEN DAYS prior to the contest date to ensure an accurate schedule. If you are performing in more than one category, we will do our best to accommodate this when putting the schedule together.

A block of rooms is available for April 10-12, for the Buglers                    Hall of Fame I&E, and Induction Banquet.

Room rate is $149.00 + tax per night and includes 2 Queens or 1 King rooms, one or two nights available.

First come first serve, deadline to make reservations is March 11, 2026.

Please include specific details including the names of all members of your party and ensure they have all paid.

We will do our best to accommodate all seating requests based on table availability and sufficient advance notice. Also, please make us aware of any food allergies or special dietary requests.
